Once you have been admitted to East Central University, follow the steps below:

  • FallÌý2025 enrollment for transfer students begins April 3.
    Make an Appointment: In order to be able to enroll, please call the Academic Success Center at 580-559-5696 to make an appointment. An appointment can be made in advance, beginning March 24, 2025. Appointments are required and must be scheduled in advance so an advisor can review your transcripts.Ìý

At this appointment, the following will occur:

  • Orientation
    • Overview of Colleague Self-Service
    • Technology training - Hands-on practice using and navigating through technology used as a student at ECU.ÌýÌý
    • Set up your ECU email account.
    • Explanation of Financial obligations.
    • Overview of services available to help students be successful.

  • Academic Advisement
    • Overview of Transfer Credits and degree requirements for your chosen major.
      Ìý
  • Enrollment: Your Academic Success Center Adviser will walk you through the online enrollment process, the course selection and actually enrolling you in courses.

  • Before your appointment:
    • Download the ECU CatalogÌýto be better informed about majors and course requirements.
    • For Spring 2025Ìýcourses, use Colleague Self-Service to find and select classes.
    • Go to the and get an idea of how your courses will be equated.
