Filing the FAFSA just Got Earlier ... and Easier!!

For the 2024-2025 School Year:
- The 2024-2025Â FAFSA is now open,
- You won't have to estimate income information because you will report income and tax information from the 2021 tax year;Ìýand,
- You and your family may be able to automatically import income information from the IRS to the ¹ó´¡¹ó³§´¡Ìýwhile you are completing the FAFSA by using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT). If you are offered the option of using the IRS DRT while completing the FAFSA, we strongly encourage you to use it, and to ²Ô´Ç³ÙÌýchange any information imported by the tool.
